You cannot celebrate Easter without chocolate. This is a recipe I initially made for Valentines, but it works really well for any of those moments when you want a healthy chocolate treat.
Made with raw chocolate and coconut oil, it is extremely easy to make, and only require ingredients that you can store in your cupboard for a long time, make it perfect for those time when you are on a diet and just have that chocolate craving.
Preparation time 5 min, 20 min for refrigeration
- 3 teaspoons of raw chocolate powder
- 2 teaspoons of coconut oil ( melted)
- a few drops of maple syrup
- 4-5 gojii berries
Simply put the chocolate powder in a little bowl, add the melted coconut oil, few drops of syrup, and the crushed berries. Place in a chocolate silicon mould ( or silicon ice cube maker) and put it in the fridge for at least half an hour. Enjoy!
