This blog is about healthy Italian food with Mediterranean and world influences. Born and raised in Italy, but a true Londoner for the past 17 years, I am always trying to find a balance between eating a healthy diet and the lack of time and availability of the ingredients.
I am also a Nutrition & Health coach, and a recipe developer and wellness contributor for a few online publications. I believe that nowadays most people are aware of what is healthy eating but due to the constriction of time and lack of planning, it is difficult to stick to an healthy eating plan and to develop healthy habits.
