How it works
Step 1. Free consultation. Simply fill out the form below or text me at 07725741543 to arrange a for a phone call, where we can chat and understand if we can work with each other.
Step 2. Food Journal. If you decide to go ahead you will be required to fill in a food & drinks journal and take some notes of your current exercise regime. This will provide the basis from which we can move forward and establish a course of action.
Step 3. Initial session & assessment. We will meet up face to face to have a talk through in more details about your current lifestyle, your challenges and your goals. You will leave the session with few recommendations for you to implement the following week.
Step 4. The coaching process. We will meet up once a week, either in person or Skype, to review your progress and talk about your challenges. You will leave the session with a few recommendation to implement the following week.
